Returns, Refunds, Claims & Cancellations
This policy applies to all purchases made through ZKMotoring. By placing an order, the customer confirms agreement to the terms below, which form part of the purchase contract.
Returns
ZK Motoring does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All products are made to order and cannot be returned once sold.
Refunds
ZK Motoring does not offer full refunds.
Refunds are limited strictly to partial refunds and may only be issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Change of mind, incorrect fitment, delays, or customer error are not eligible.
Claims
All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted promptly after receipt and before installation or use.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:

Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging
ZK Motoring reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims and the appropriate resolution. Approved claims may result in a replacement part or partial refund, at ZK Motoring’s discretion. We aim to respond within 3-7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has begun.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact ZK Motoring directly to attempt resolution before filing a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or credit card claim. Disputes submitted in violation of this policy may be contested using order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence of agreement.
