This policy applies to all orders placed with ZK Motoring. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Services
ZK Motoring ships orders using the following services:

Postal EMS and standard postal services via Pakistan Post

Express shipping on selected items via Skynet>ย UPS, or APX (UPS/DHL), which operate as freight forwarders from Pakistan
Shipping method availability may vary by product, destination, and order value.
Order Processing
All products are made to order. Production and processing times vary by item and are provided as estimates only. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. ZK Motoring is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to carrier delivery attempts.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
ZK Motoring is not liable for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.
For items damaged during transit, customers must contact us immediately in accordance with our Claims Policy.
Incorrect Address
ZK Motoring is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
